Send feedback in Bondi
The feedback form is available inside the Bondi app. This website does not provide a public submission, review or administration form.
What Bondi stores
Feedback is anonymous to Bondi unless you enter an optional reply email address. If you supply one, that submission becomes identifiable and the address is stored with your feedback.
Bondi stores only:
- the feedback category and message;
- the Bondi app version;
- the submission time; and
- an optional reply email address, when supplied.
Retention
Feedback becomes eligible for automatic deletion after 82 days. A daily cleanup removes active records within 83 days of submission. Cloudflare D1 Time Travel may keep recoverable database history for up to a further seven days, so the service is operated on a maximum 90-day retention basis.
Network privacy
Bondi does not intentionally store account IDs, device IDs, advertising IDs, authentication cookies, request headers, IP addresses or user-agent details in the feedback database. Cloudflare necessarily processes network information, including IP addresses, to deliver and protect the service.
Before you submit
Do not include financial information, passwords or other sensitive personal information. Feedback is for improving Bondi and is not an emergency or live journey-support channel.
